I don’t know about you but I absolutely love transformation stories. Stories that inspire, stories that move me to tears or otherwise motivate me to continue with my goals no matter how frustrating or hard it can be. That’s why I wanted to share my transformational story with you.

I hope it’ll inspire you making the leap to a better, healthier you and instill the need for personal growth deep in your thoughts. I used to be a very agile and healthy kid. Growing up in a rather rural area in Northern Germany near the woods I had plenty of opportunity to get out, climbing the trees, doing sports with my friends and get lots of exercise.

But as I grew older along came all those obligations that one needs to deal with in college and university. So without even noticing I became more sedentary, doing less and less sports and of course eating a lot of unhealthy food.

I viewed food intake as something that had to be done and get it over with as quick as I could because I thought I didn’t have enough time to eat or even prepare my own meals.

So day after day, week after week I felt worse and I could see that nasty belly grow. Things got even worse when I entered corporate 70 hours per week world. Now that the pressure of studying and exams was over I suddenly needed to earn money to sustain myself. So time was of an even scarcer resource – no time for the gym or exercise.

There I was – in this vicious circle of feeling bad about myself because I didn’t have enough time or energy to exercise , then again feeling bad because I didn’t couldn’t do anything about it and then I entered the worst phase of them all – resignation.

I told myself: I’m just not worth living a better life. I didn’t know back then that all those negative feelings is pure chemistry in your head that you can control.

And I’m not talking about those people who preach “you only have to think positive to get your things in order”. I’m talking about REAL control. You see, all you eat directly reflects the on biochemistry in your head which ultimately determines how you’ll feel throughout the day, the week, the year and your life.

Now combine healthy food with exercise and there is hardly any reason not to feel happy. But how could I get started? How could I change? I didn’t know.

I was trapped, in my own self-doubt and in all that junk food that made want even more junk food. So, one day, I went to a party of an old friend of mine, who I knew was, well, let’s call him chubby.

When I came to his party, I couldn’t believe what I saw: he must have lost 60 pounds and he looked lean and healthy. Of course, I couldn’t consider myself overweight but I was just fed of people asking me if I’m tired and if I’m not feeling well. I wanted to look like him – so obviously I asked him what his secret was and he showed me his juicer and smiled: this baby here is all you need.

He made a fresh green juice and I immediately felt the energy. At first, I couldn’t believe that juicing broccoli and kale could actually taste good. But I was surprised how delicious it was.

He mixed the vegetables with some fruit and added some ginger and mint and it was just perfect. Going home that night was a joy because I finally knew how I could change my life for the better. I sat down in front of my computer and researched this juicing thing. But boy was I overwhelmed:

  • which juicer should I get?
  • What should I juice?
  • How can I store the juice?
  • When is the best time to drink it?

So many questions. But slowly I figured it all out and I show you my knowledge here on so that you can start your new life once and for all. One of the most rewarding things of having a website like is getting messages from you. I love reading your story and how juicing changed your life.
