    Watermelon Juice Recipe

    Ingredients
    Directions
    For 5 oz / 150 ml
    0.5 Watermelon (depending on size)
5 sprigs fresh mint (add as much as you like)

    1

Select a dark and heavy watermelon. Preferable organic.

    2

Cut it in half. Turn it upside down.

    3

If you have an Omega juicer or any juice with a small mouth, cut it into cubes like so.

    4

Remove the rind. But don't cut of too much of the white flesh. That's where all the nutrients are!

    5

Add the pieces into your juicer and enjoy! I decided not to juice the mint, instead I squashed it inside the mason jar for better flavor.

Coconut Water with Arugula for Hydration

    Ingredients
    Directions
    For 25 oz / 750 ml
    8.5 oz coconut water
    1 cucumber
    1 fennel bulb
    1 handful of arugula

    1

First you need to extract the coconut water from the actual coconut. Best would be to have a fresh, green coconut, but they are pretty hard to get here. So I either use a brown coconut or just buy coconut water in the organic store next door.

    2

Make sure to wash the fennel before adding it to your juicer. No additional prep is necessary. You may need to cut it depending on the chute size of your juicer.

    3

Add one organic cucumber. My Omega needs a lot of slicing and dicing, I I always keep a few bits of cucumber prepared in my fridge.

    4

Lastly, add the arugula. If you have a centrifugal juicer you should try and and rotate the produce you're putting in. So first a slice of cucumber, then a bit of arugula, then another bit of cucumber and so on.

    5

In the last step, I always like to use the coconut water to flush my juicer. That way all the nutrients come into the juice for you to drink up and absorb.

    Mean Green Toxin Flusher

    Ingredients
    Directions
    For 15 oz / 450 ml
    1 apple
    2 leaves kale
    1 cucumber
    1 lemon, organic, not peeled
    1 cup parsley

    1

Wash the kale leaves and cut them if your juices has problem chewing the whole leaves.

    2

Cut the cucumber and the apples into pieces so they fit your juicer. I own an Omega so they need to be cut quite a bit.

    3

I love to add lemon to this recipe. You could also add limes as well. I bought organic lemons because I wanted to juice them with peel. That's where all the nutrients are.

    4

Make sure to wash parsley thoroughly and remove any dirt. If you have a centrifugal juicer consider rotating cucumber with parsley to get the most yield out of it. An alternative would be to use your blender to blend parsley in at a later stage.

    5

Don't forget to use your plunger! Enjoy this amazing juice.

    Post Workout Juice

    Ingredients
    Directions
    For 20 oz / 600 ml
    2 leaves savoy cabbage
    3 leaves kales
    0.5 cucumber
    0.5 pineapple
    1 cup spinach
    6 oz coconut water
    1 tsp chia seeds

    1

Wash the kale leaves thoroughly and remove any dirt. For some juicers it's better to cut the leaves before adding them.

    2

Pick a few large leaves of savoy cabbage and wash them thoroughly. You may want to cut it into pieces before adding them to your juicer.

    3

Wash the cucumber and cut it into pieces to fit your juicer's mouth. If you like to have more than the 20oz of juice in this recipe feel free to add a whole cucumber.

    4

Cut the pineapple in half, remove the top, bottom and skin and cut into pieces. Do leave the center part in tact - that's where all the beautiful nutrients are.

    5

Add one cup of spinach to your juice. Spinach is best juiced with a masticating juicer. Wash it thoroughly before adding it to your juicer because it often has some dirt underneath the leaves.

    6

Lastly add coconut water to your juice. You can either add it directly to the juice or pour it through the juicer to flush out some of the fiber and remaining nutrients.

    The Carrotato

    Ingredients
    Directions
    For 16 oz / 450 ml
    1 green apple
    1 lime
    2 carrots
    1 medium sized sweet potato

    1

Wash the carrots and cut off the top. It tends to be bitter and is not easily digested. If your carrots are thick you may need to cut them depending on your juicer.

    2

Wash the sweet potato thoroughly, if you buy them organic they may have some soil residue which might damage your juicer. Do not remove the peel you can juice them as is. With the Omega I need to do a lot of cutting in order to fit the sweet potato. I find that cutting them in thick slices and then to little sticks is the easiest way. But let me know if you find a better alternative.

    3

Wash the apple thoroughly. I highly recommend buying organic apples because conventional apples rank very highly in the dirty dozen foods with high amounts of pesticide residue. Cut the apple and add it to your juice. That where centrifugal juicers have all the advantage because most have a 3" feeding tube that fits an apple easily.

    4

Next, cut the lime in half and remove the skin. If you bought organic you can juice it with the skin but you should try if you like the taste or if it's too strong. If I make a workout juice I always juice the peel because I love the extra zing.

    5

Finally, add a knob of ginger to taste. You can take more or less depending on how strong you'd like to make it.

The Best Beet Juice Recipe for Detoxing

    Ingredients
    Directions
    For 17 oz / 500 ml
    1 beet (medium size)
    1 apple
    1 cup spinach
    1 knob ginger
    1 cucumber

    1

Wash the beet and cut it into pieces to fit your juicer. If you can get beet greens that's wonderful, do not remove it.

    2

Wash the apple thoroughly. Try to buy organic apples because non-organic apples tend to have a lot of pesticides. Cut it into pieces. I juice the whole apple, including the stem.

    3

Wash the spinach and add it to your juicer. Depending on your juicer you may want to rotate it with beet or apple to get maximum yield.

    4

Wash and slice up the cucumber. I juice cucumber almost always as the last step because it flushes the remaining pulp out of the auger of the juicer.

    5

If you like you can add a knob of ginger to taste. I try to ginger to all of my juices because of the tremendous health benefits.

    Amazing Kale Juice Recipe

    Ingredients
    Directions
    For 16 oz / 450 ml
    4 leaves kale
    0.5 cucumber
    1 apple
    1 lime (peeled)
    1 sprig basil or parsley

    1

Wash your kale leaves thoroughly. Some juicers may require you to cut it into pieces. I added mine to my Omega just as is and it worked fine.

    2

Cut the cucumber in half and put it into your juicer. If your juicer has a large enough mouth you don't need to cut it any further. The Omega 8006 requires a bit more work. You can absolutely use the whole cucumber if you like.

    3

Wash and cut the apple. You can juice the entire apple - no worries.

    4

Peel the lime and make sure to leave a lot of the white on it - that's where all the beautiful nutrients are located and we want them all in our juice.

    5

Add the basil to your juicer. You should consider rotating the basil with the cucumber to get better yield or blend the basil with your juice altogether.

    Pumpkin Juice Recipe & Hummus

    Ingredients
    Directions
    For 30 oz / 900 ml
    1 medium sized pumpkin
2 leaves savoy cabbage or kale
    1 cucumber
    2 carrots
    1 knob turmeric or ginger

    1

Cut the pumpkin and remove the rind. I use a juicer with a fairly large chute so I can be generous with the slices.

    2

Remove the stem from the carrots and wash them thoroughly. No need to peel them.

    3

Remove a couple of leaves of savoy cabbage. You can add them to taste. Do note, however, that they have a strong flavor do be careful when you first juice them. I recommend you rotate the cabbage with other more juicy produce so get more yield out the the leafy greens.

    4

Add a knob of turmeric - just as is.

    5

Wash and cut the cucumber to fit your juicer. You can add more cucumber to dilute the stronger taste of the cabbage or get more servings of juice for your family.

    Cider Reviver

    Ingredients
    Directions

    1

First, cut or slice the cucumber. If you have big mouth juicer it may fit in as a whole. Do not remove the peel or seeds. It's perfectly fine to juice it.

    2

Cut the apples so that they fit your juicer. I personally do not remove the stem and seeds. You can do so but I couldn't sense any difference.

    3

    Cut the celery.

    4

You can peel the garlic. Use a knife to slightly smash it - that makes it easier to remove the skin.

    5

Put all the ingredients into your juicer.

    6

Lastly, add a pinch of cayenne for some extra spiciness. You can use your blender to blend it in - but I use my mason jar to mix it up. Enjoy!

Ready for the best breakfast of your life?

There is nothing like a fresh green juice in the morning. You need to try this: get up early, prepare some veggies and put them in your juicer. There are literally no limits to the variety juicing can add to your diet and help you improve medical conditions. I have received many reports on improved skin, people who suffered from asthma that are now way better off.
