There are plenty of masticating juicer types: you could buy a horizontal masticating juicer or a vertical model which is a little easier to feed.
Two gears (twin-gear), instead of one, gets you the triturating juicer . Twin-gear action rotates inward with a tiny gap for grinding and pulverizing fruits and veggies. Throughout this process, the juice is released and collected.
The gears rotate slowly so the structure of the cells is not disrupted and oxidized. Soft produce can easily be juiced in this type of device but harder vegetables like carrots can be challenging as food has to be pushed into the machine.

A hydraulic press juicer is often overlooked when discussing the options that are valuable on the market. Some devices can work without electricity. Some models can be manually operated so there is less complications and necessities for juicing.
